White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Friday raised some eyebrows when she insisted that President Donald Trump still believed a trade war with China would be "easy" to win because "if he is in charge of those negotiations… he’s the best negotiator at the table."

This claim quickly drew ridicule from across Twitter, as users pointed out that the supposed "master negotiator" was unsuccessful in negotiating a deal to silence a porn star with whom he allegedly had an affair.
