Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted by Trump's Department of Justice for a second time Tuesday, according to CNN.

Comey served as FBI Director from 2013 to 2017 before Trump fired him in May 2017, an action that prompted Robert Mueller's appointment as special counsel to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 election. Trump has repeatedly criticized Comey since his dismissal, alleging mishandling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation and the Russia probe, and accusing him of bias.
Both Fox News and CNN reported the latest indictment relates to Comey's "8647" seashell post on Instagram, signaling the administration's continued pursuit of Trump's former critics through legal channels.
