Josh Duggar plays the victim in new claim that molestation reports caused him 'emotional injury'

According to reports by the Daily Mail and Jezebel, disgraced "19 Kids and Counting" brother Josh Duggar is looking to cash in on the lawsuit his sisters filed last month that claims they suffered damages from the publication of their abuse at Josh's hands.

The was filed by Josh's sisters Jill, Jessa, Jinger, and Joy Duggar against both the Springdale, Arkansas police department who shared police documents about their abuse while they were minors and InTouch magazine for publicizing their story.

The Daily Mail reported that they gained access to court documents filed by Duggar that show he "filed a motion to intervene in the case stating he has suffered severe emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, and harm to both his personal and professional reputations."

According to the report, Duggar "can be granted intervention on the suit by right, or by permission of the court," and his lawyers argued that he "is entitled to intervention by right since he was also a minor at the time of the investigation."
