Kellyanne Conway reprimands America for talking about 'Russian interference in the election that did not exist'

White House special counselor Kellyanne Conway on Tuesday suggested that Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections "did not exist."

During an interview on Fox & Friends, Conway was asked if President Donald Trump would "go out of his way" to prevent special counsel Robert Mueller from testifying to Congress.

"Well the president said he should not testify," Conway explained. "I know a lot of people read the word block in there, which I didn’t see. He said he should not testify. His point is very simple. Bob Mueller’s report and investigation is definitive and conclusive."

"Putin and Russians see us still arguing about Russian interference in the election that did not exist," she observed. "Sure, interference existed, right, but read the whole Mueller report. Read volume one."

Conway was unable to finish her point because Fox News host Brian Kilmeade interrupted.

"He won't block him but he rather he don't [sic]," Kilmeade said.

"He's saying that Bob Mueller has already spoken," Conway replied. "And he's also saying, what is there left to say? What is there left to do?"
