Kellyanne Conway urges Fox News viewers to read every word of the New Zealand killer’s manifesto

Trump White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Monday urged Fox News viewers to read the New Zealand mosque shooter's hateful manifesto on the grounds that doing so would make them realize his deadly attack had nothing to do with President Donald Trump.

Appearing on "Fox & Friends," Conway dismissed the fact that the New Zealand killer had cited Trump as an inspirational "a symbol of white identity" in his manifesto, which also talked about Muslim immigrants "invading" majority white countries.

"He put out a 70-page manifesto, and I guess everybody scoured it and searched for Donald Trump's name, and there it is one time," she said. "But he also said he aligns closely with the ideology of China, he's not a conservative, he's not a Nazi, I think he referred to himself as an 'eco-naturalist' or 'eco-fascist.' People should read [the manifesto] in its entirety."

Trump condemned the mass shooting in Christchurch, New Zealand last week, although he followed up this condemnation by echoing the killer's talking points about immigrants "invading" the United States from the southern border.
