Kellyanne Conway's Joe Biden smear backfires: 'You can make a speech but you don't have to make sense apparently'

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Tuesday accused Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden of not making "sense," something that her boss, President Donald Trump, has also been accused of.

During an hour-long gaggle with reporters, Conway argued that Biden's support for the expanded Medicare plan was at odds with his past support for President Barack Obama's health care reform law.

"You can make a speech but you don't have to make sense, apparently," Conway complained. "Is he for Medicare for all [because] Obamacare didn't work?"
