Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) claimed without evidence that liberal billionaire George Soros was funding federal judges who ruled against President Donald Trump.
Boebert made the remarks to OAN this week after U.S. District Judge James E. Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order that prevents the Trump administration from deporting alleged Venezuelan gang members.
"Well, President Trump is expecting these judges to keep raising up and trying to block the efforts that he's doing," Boebert said. "In every executive order, they're trying to find a way to shut anything, any progress that he is making down."

"And it's kind of like whack-a-mole right now, but in the House of Representatives, we need to do our due diligence and impeach these radical Soros-funded judges," she added. "That is our responsibility to the American people and how we uphold the Constitution and truly have a check and balance on the other branches of government."
There is no evidence that federal judges are "funded" by Soros.
