LIVE: Suspect goes on shooting rampage in Wisconsin office building

Police in Wisconsin are currently responding to a shooting at an commercial building, WISC-TV reports.

The shooting reportedly occurred in Middleton, a suburb of Madison.

Four people were reportedly wounded. The suspect was also injured.

Police sent a text message alert asking nearby residents to shelter-in-place.

The Middleton High School, Kromrey Middle School and Clark Street Community School are on lockdown.

"My heart goes out to the people involved in the shooting," Middleton Mayor Gurdip Brar said. "You never would think this type of thing would happen in your city. Really, so sad that this happened here."
