Mary Trump claims to have 'proof' her uncle also defamed election workers '23 times'

Mary Trump is claiming legal 'Gotcha' with her infamous uncle and claims to have the receipts.

On her Substack "The Good In Us", Mary Trump, a psychologist, claims to have supplied the attorneys for the former Georgia election volunteers Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss, with "evidence" of Trump's verbal assaults against them some 23 times.

"I have proof that shows Donald repeated the same lies Rudy Giuliani was just fined $148,000,000 for spreading," she wrote.

She dot-connects her uncle's echoing his personal attorney.

On Dec. 4, 2020, when Giuliani reportedly blabbed on his podcast that the election workers created “a phony excuse of a water-main break” to clear the room for observers and urged "these people should all go to jail… for a long time."

The next day Trump held a rally in Valdosta, Georgia, where he showed a video that Mary says featured Freeman and Moss at the ballot processing center and afterward accused them of preventing his victory.

“So if you just take the crime of what those Democrat [sic] workers were doing, and by the way there was no water-main break… that’s TEN TIMES more (votes) than I need to win this state, according to the speech.

Mary mentioned the recorded call between then-President Trump and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger where Ruby Freeman's name was mentioned 18 times.

She inserted a screenshot of Trump's Jan. 4, 2023 Truth Social post: "Don't forget that Ruby Freeman, her daughter, and all others were used out of the voter count room in Georgia because of a big 'WATER MAIN BREAK'..."

The instances could be troublesome for her uncle.

She ran the two Trump quotes by attorney Joe Gallina and he believes it's possible for a defamation case to be brought.

“The January Truth Social post you found – in which Trump claimed Ruby’s group was ‘stuffing’ ballots – was posted after he left office – January of this year."

"For those comments, Trump has no immunity defense. They could come back to bite him,” he explained.

Mary hopes that her uncle gets what's coming.

"Lady Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss deserve every bit of justice that’s coming their way... and the perpetrators of the defamation against them, including Donald Trump, need to be held accountable," she writes. "Giuliani is already at the tail end of the 'finding out' phase—let’s make sure Donald Trump is next."
