Michael Avenatti is being sued by his ex-law partner: report

Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti has appeared across headlines over his case against President Trump's "hush money," but now it appears that the attorney has caught a case of his own.

TMZ reported that one of Avenatti's ex-law partner, Jason Frank, is suing him over neglecting to turn over his law firm's tax returns.

Frank needed the return to calculate how much the firm owed him. TMZ reported that both parties agreed on arbitration for $4.85 million, however, Frank alleges that Avenatti has not paid him nearly $2 million.

Avenatti did not seem to worried.

"Jason Frank is trying to get attention for himself. His allegations are baseless and fraudulent," Avenatti said.
