Jimmy Kimmel mocks Mike Lindell for 'licking his master's butt' during Trump interview
Jimmy Kimmel took aim at Mike Lindell on Wednesday night, following the MyPillow CEO's interview with former president Donald Trump that aired Tuesday night.
Segueing from a joke about canines, Kimmel noted that Trump "doesn't have a dog — not since he broke up with Mike Pence anyway."
"But he does have a MyPillow guy," Kimmel added. "Mike Lindell, the MyPillow guy, has been licking his master's butt again. The pillow man scored a one-one interview with the man who will eventually bankrupt him."
Kimmel said Lindell's interview with Trump was "like watching a ventriloquist getting interviewed by his dummy," before playing a supercut video of Lindell saying "mm-hmm" in response to Trump's statements.
"I think they call that pillow talk. He agreed with every word that came out of Trump's mouth," Kimmel said.
Commenting on the ballroom-style backdrop for the interview, Kimmel said it looked like Trump was "interviewing for the concierge job at the airport Radisson."
"That's actually Mar-a-Lago," he said. "Tuxedoed Trump squeezed in this interview between raids of the fondue fountain at Mar-a-Lago."
Kimmel also noted that Lindell plans to host a 96-hour webcast on Black Friday — which Kimmel called the "Mike Lindell Moron-athon" — when the MyPillow CEO has pledged to file a lawsuit that will overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
"What better to spend the holiday weekend than that?" Kimmel said. "You know those videos of like 4,000 people stampeding into a Walmart beating each other with waffle irons? That's what's going on in Mike Lindell's head all the time."
