Frustrated Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers fled a Minnesota neighborhood after residents alerted each other by triggering car alarms from their homes.
A Reddit user shared a video of the incident on Wednesday in a post titled, "People in Minnesota are now using their key fobs to trigger their car alarms from the safety of their homes when they see ICE walking around."
In the video, officers wander neighborhood streets as at least four car alarms are tripped in succession.
The officers eventually appeared annoyed, regrouped, and left the area.
"It’s smart but also sad that they have to do this. It’s like a modernized version of what the Jews would do if they were hiding from Nazis," one commenter replied.
