Two more accusers have come forward alleging that Will Hayden raped them, bringing up his total number of accusers to four, one of whom is his own daughter.
Livingston Parish, Louisiana's WAFB reported that Hayden -- whose Discovery Channel show Sons of Guns was canceled in August after his first arrest -- is still behind bars in East Baton Rouge Parish Prison for his previous arrests.
In late August, Hayden was arrested for a series of assaults on his daughter, beginning when she was 11 years old and extending over a period of three years. Discovery canceled Sons of Guns on news of the arrest. The show followed day-to-day life working in Red Jacket Firearms, the weapons shop that Hayden founded.
On Monday of this week, Hayden, 49, was charged with the rape of a 12-year-old Baton Rouge girl more than 20 years ago. The woman, now 34, came forward on news of Hayden's arrest.
Hayden stayed with her family when she was a girl, she said. One night, he got her alone, smoked marijuana with her, then sexually assaulted her.
Authorities told WAFB that the new charges involve the rape of a 11-year-old girl in March of 2013 and a 1995 assault on a girl who says she was 11 or 12 years old at the time.
Hayden faces charges in two parishes. In East Baton Rouge Paris he faces two charges of aggravated rape and in Livingston Parish, he is charged with aggravated rape and indecent behavior with a juvenile.
If he were to pay the $250,000 bond he is being held on in East Baton Rouge, he would be transferred upon release back to jail in Livingston Parish.
The bond on his Livingston Parish aggravated rape charge is $200,000. On the indecent behavior with a juvenile charge, the bond is $25,000.
