Multiple deaths reported after mass shooting at Jacksonville, Florida mall

According to News4Jax, a mass shooting occurred at the Jacksonville Landing mall on Sunday afternoon, with multiple deaths reported..

According to the report, police urge everyone to stay away from the area because it is not safe, with early reports say three were shot inside Chicago Pizza and others may have been wounded in the gunfire.

The station is reporting that at least four people are dead and several people have been wounded , with Jacksonville Police saying one suspect is dead.

Police authorities state they are finding people still hiding in locked places,who have been advised to stay calm and where they are as SWAT members search the mall.

According to Fox News, "Several people on social media participating in the Madden NFL Championship Series reported hearing gunshots shortly after 1:30 p.m. during the live stream of the tournament on the platform Twitch. A video surfaced on social media showed players disconnecting from the game as gunshots were heard in the background."

According to the LA Times, one gamer, Steven “Steveyj” Javaruski,  said the shooter was angry because he lost and pulled the gun and began shooting.

"The shooter 'targeted a few people' and shot at least five victims before killing himself, Javaruski told The Times in a direct message on Twitter. The gunman killed two or three people 'that I saw,'" said Javaruski, according to the Times.
