Nadler will subpoena Mueller's full report as early as Friday: report

While Attorney General Bill Barr is set to release his redacted version of special counsel Robert Mueller's report on Russian interference in the 2016 election on Thursday, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY) reportedly won't waste time trying to acquire the full, unredacted report.

Politico reports that Nadler could act as soon as Friday to subpoena the full report, as well as "all of Mueller’s grand-jury information and underlying evidence."

Nadler, who is the Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is preparing to go head-to-head against Barr, who has signaled that he has no intention of releasing grand jury information related to the Russia probe.

"The subpoena will be issued eventually," Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN) tells Politico. "We’re going to force him because we need to see it all. Otherwise, you’re trusting him to be the arbiter and the unappealable judge on what’s harmful to somebody’s reputation... So he becomes the great censor."
