New footage from Kansas City parade shooting shows teens arguing moments before gunfire

New video has emerged from the deadly shooting at the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl parade, which appears to show teenagers in a heated exchange just moments before shots were fired. In the footage, obtained by TMZ, a teen in the background wearing a red sweatshirt can be seen removing his backpack while arguing with someone off-camera.
