New recordings of Trump from Georgia may have just given prosecutors the racketeering proof they needed

A new recording to a Georgia official from President Donald Trump may be enough for prosecutors to charge him with racketeering.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Trump told the official that if she was able to find enough votes that she "would be praised."
According to a report from MSNBC's Rachel Maddow Tuesday night, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis revealed that she would be looking into whether the RICO statutes could apply in charges against Trump. She's also hired Atlanta lawyer John Floyd, who not only wrote a book on RICO cases, but has prosecuted the top ones in Georgia for the past two decades.
"It's not a stretch to see where she's taking this," Reuters cited Cathy Cox, dean of Mercer University's law school. "If Donald Trump engaged in two or more acts that involve false statements - that were made knowingly and willfully in an attempt to falsify material fact, like the election results - then you can piece together a violation of the racketeering act."
The first act would have been when Donald Trump called Gov. Brian Kemp. This new recording to Georgia Chief Investigator Frances Watson makes the second.
In the recording, Trump said that Fulton County, in particular, should be highlighted. "Fulton is the motherlode, Fulton County," he said.
He encouraged Watson of checking signatures going back two years or more before authorizing people's votes.
