The white supremacist group NSC-131 was hit with an array of civil charges by the state of Massachusetts which included civil rights violations, trespass and conspiracy, Rolling Stone reported Friday.
According to investigators, the group seeks to make New England a white ethnostate and has participated in violent conduct that targeted drag queen story hours and migrants seeking asylum.
“NSC-131 has engaged in a concerted campaign to target and terrorize people across Massachusetts and interfere with their rights,” state attorney general Andrea Joy Campbell said Thursday. “Our complaint is the first step in holding this neo-Nazi group and its leaders accountable.”

NSC-131 stands for “Nationalist Social Club-Anti-Communist Action" and has been labeled by the Anti-Defamation League as a neo-Nazi group which views itself as being “at war with a hostile, Jewish-controlled system that is deliberately plotting the extinction of the white race.”
Kris Goldsmith of the anti-fascist research group Task Force Butler told Rolling Stone that NSC-131 is, “The most violent neo-Nazi organization operating in the country today."
The Massachusetts complaint slams the group's actions that, “Unlawfully target and disrupt LGBTQ+ events,” “unlawfully target immigrants based on race and national origin,” “unlawfully attack members of the public” and “disrupt public peace and safety.”
