Peace activists sue after group infiltrated by military informant

Port Militarization Resistance activist Brendan Maslauskas Dunn explained in to The Nation earlier this month why his organization is currently involved in a lawsuit against several branches of the military and local law enforcement for violating civil rights, civil liberties and the Posse Comitatus Act.

An fellow activist, who Dunn knew as "John Jacob," turned out to be a military informant. Jacob was involved with the group for over two years and Dunn considered him to be a friend.
