WATCH: Graphic bodycam footage shows Capitol attack from the perspective of police
Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) played two shocking videos that showed different perspectives of the same incident of violent Trump supporters storming the U.S. Capitol.
The first video showed the insurrectionists attempting to storm the Capitol from the perspective of a security camera inside the building. The video showed police attempting to hold back the insurrectionists.
He then played the same video from the perspective of a police body camera. It revealed the terrifying experience of a massive crowd of people coming at the officers. The officers were clearly outnumbered but they stood firm with their bodies between the members and attackers.
