Rep. Tulsi Gabbard announces run for president in 2020

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) said that she is running for president in 2020. According to CNN Gabbard told Van Jones she is running.

She plans to make a formal announcement soon. Gabbard is the first Hindu member of Congress.
