'Are you blind?' DeSantis lashes out at reporter who asks him about taking questions

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Thursday lashed out at a reporter who asked him about taking questions from voters in New Hampshire.
As reported by NBC News' Jonathan Allen, a reporter in New Hampshire asked DeSantis about his decision to not take audience questions immediately after his first campaign event in the Granite State.
DeSantis reacted with incredulity to the reporter's question and said that audience members could ask him questions on a one-on-one basis as he went around to meet them after his talk.
"What are you talking about?" DeSantis shot back. "Are you blind? Are you blind? OK, so people are coming up to me and talking to me, whatever they want to talk about."

DeSantis for years has had contentious relationships with traditional media outlets and has instead relied upon sympathetic right-wing media to get his message out.
Although this approach has worked well for him in his home state of Florida, there have been questions from some political analysts about whether this approach will be effective if he takes it to early primary states.
