Rudy Giuliani claims 'Hollywood producer' behind Jan. 6: 'They snowed everybody'

Rudy Giuliani claimed Wednesday that a "Hollywood producer" was behind the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol.

During his livestream, Giuliani joined other conservatives and expressed outrage at news that FBI agents who searched Mar-a-Lago were authorized to use deadly force.

"An armed invasion of the man's home, with a teenage son there, with no indication of arms or any armed resistance. None. Except to create a dramatic effect!" he exclaimed.

"You know, January 6th had a damn Hollywood producer doing it," Giuliani continued. "And they snowed everybody on the left, and boy, they got a lot of our people pissing in their pants."

"You're gonna find out that January 6 was a set-up, just like Russian collusion, just like the hard drive, and just like the stolen election, and just like what they're doing right now, [with Donald Trump] facing four trials in one year."

On the day of the Capitol riot, Giuliani told Trump supporters to have "trial by combat." He later insisted that he was being hyperbolic.
