WATCH: Seth Meyers lampoons Sarah Sanders for floundering through humiliating Fox News interview

On Monday, lat night comedian Seth Meyers mocked White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders for being fact-checked on Fox News.

During an interview with Fox News' Chris Wallace, Sanders continued the false narrative that there is a serious crisis at the US-Mexico border.

"We know that roughly nearly 4,000 known or suspected terrorists come into our country illegally, and we know that our most vulnerable point of entry is at our southern border," Sanders said.

Wallace responded by saying, “Wait wait, ’cause I know the statistic,” he said. “I didn’t know if you were going to use it, but I studied up on this. Do you know where those 4,000 people come or where they’re captured? Airports.”

Meyers said that Sanders looked extremely shocked that a Fox News reporter studied for the interview.

"Look at her face. She has never heard a reporter use the words 'I studied up on this before, " Meyers said. "That is her oh-sh*it face. She can't believe she is being fact-checked by someone on Fox News."

"As soon as that interview ended she stormed off the set and screamed 'who let them have Google,'" he joked.
