Scalia son goes on Fox News to talk Kavanaugh -- and launches into Benghazi rant

The son of the late ultra-conservative Antonin Scalia, Chris Scalia, went on Fox News on Tuesday to talk about the saga surrounding Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, who is accused of multiple sexual assaults.

Chris Scalia revealed himself to be a staunch defender of Kavanaugh—including of his yelling and crying.

"As far as his supposed lack of judicial temperament, I think that's a joke. He was angry, and he should be angry—he is defending himself of serious charges, and I think Senate Democrats would be really bothered if he took it all in stride," Scalia said.

Scalia then launched into a rant about the Benghazi hearings.

"I can't help but think it's a little bit funny that Hillary Clinton remembers how she reacted during the Benghazi hearings a few years ago," he said. "She got very sharp—we all remember the 'what difference does it make?'—she interrupted a senator then, she raised her voice, she was very annoyed."
