'She's clueless': Joy Behar mocks Ivanka Trump's celebration of Oprah's Golden Globes speech

President Donald Trump's daughter and White House aide Ivanka celebrated Oprah Winfrey's message to the #MeToo movement at the Golden Globes Monday. "The View" co-host Joy Behar called the First Daughter "clueless."

"It did unite a backlash from lots of folks pointing out her dad has at least 16 women accusing him of sexual misconduct," co-host Whoopi Goldberg said. "But is she not allowed to say, 'hey, that's pretty great?'"

"I think the word you're looking for is 'clueless,'" Behar said. "You know? I think she's clueless. Or she seems to be in denial about her father. Like, 'this #MeToo thing is about other guys, not Daddy.' Because she's very much devoted to her father."

One of her co-hosts argued that Ivanka must be devoted, but Behar argued that Patti Davis, daughter of former President Ronald Reagan, was very quick to come out against her father's policies while he was in office.

"She got a big backlash," Behar continued. "This one doesn't want to get that. She's got the backlash from the left."

"She wants the privilege from Daddy but she wants to let women know, 'I'm here for you and we're in this together.' But it's really not showing through," said guest host Ashley Graham. "Exactly what did she do for women? Has anything been passed yet? Because I know she was really about the rights of women who are pregnant and what happens afterwards."

Sunny Hostin noted that Ivanka got involved in the child care credit in the tax bill, but she wondered if it was possible to be a feminist and the daughter of Trump.

"Maybe she just doesn't believe all of these accusers," she continued. "I know Alyssa Milano tweeted out, great, you can make a lofty donation to the #TimesUp legal defense fund that is available to support your father's accusers,' and I thought, eh, that's a little rough. What if she doesn't believe it and she is someone who wants women to be empowered?"

"Why believe this woman and not that woman, though?" Behar asked. "Where's the logic in that? There is none."
