'Active threat' as multiple firefighters shot in ongoing attack: CNN

There's an active "sniper fire" shooting in Idaho in an incredibly rural area, CNN reports.

CNN is among those reporting that multiple firefighters have been shot in an ongoing attack.

On Sunday, the CNN host said there is an "active threat," and an analyst said there may actually be more than one shooter.

Fire Engineering is reporting that multiple firefighters have been shot.

It is believed that the shooter or shooters started the fire in order to shoot first responders.
