Stephen Colbert calls Fox's Bolling to find out his gas price secret

For days, rising Fox News personality Eric Bolling has been touting a "secret plan" to lower gas prices by a dollar, a plan that he refuses to disclose to anyone but the Obama administration. He claims the plan is written down on a sheet of paper in a manilla envelope and went so far as to display a phone number that he claims is his on Fox and Friends.

On last night's The Colbert Report, Stephen called Bolling's hotline to see if the erstwhile Fox Business Network host would share his secret. Sadly, Mr. Bolling declined to answer, so Colbert was forced to leave a message. A very, very funny message.
