It seems like only last week when Donald Trump transfixed the world with his "covfefe" tweet and now White House spokesperson -- and Sean Spicer stand-in -- Sarah Huckabee Sanders has gone the president one better with a bizarre emoji-loaded tweet that is remarkably less coherent.
