Suspected Waffle House shooter previously arrested by Secret Service outside Trump's White House

In the wake of mass shootings, President Trump has said that the issue is not assault rifles, but rather violent video games and mental health issues.

Trump also signed a law that allows mentally ill people to buy guns.

The current system has apparently worked out for Trump himself.

The Associated Press is reporting that the Secret Service arrested suspected Waffle House shooter Travis Reinking of Illinois outside the White House last year, after he entered a restricted area.

Police believe Reinking went to the Waffle House outside Nashville with an AR-15 and killed four people early this morning.

The shooter fled and is still being searched for by police, who believe the shooting was random.
