The race between Donald Trump and Ted Cruz just keeps getting nastier. And now Cruz is really firing back after Trump's latest attack on his wife.
"It's not easy to tick me off. I don't get angry often," Cruz said during a campaign stop in Wisconsin — with a delivery of such a statement that could've made the late Bill Bixby proud.
"But you mess with my wife, you mess with my kids, that'll do it every time. Donald, you're a sniveling coward, and leave Heidi the hell alone!"

A reporter asked: "So will you support him as the nominee?"
Cruz paused for a few seconds. "I'm gonna beat him for the nomination," he responded.
The reporter then said that Cruz wasn't answering the question, but he stood firm.
"I am answering the question — Donald Trump will not be the nominee."
"He's leading right now—" the reporter began to say.
Cruz repeated his answer for a third time: "Donald Trump will not be the nominee."
