The View rips Trump's clueless DHS Secretary: 'Does she know that people in China are Asian?'

On Wednesday, "The View" panel laughed at Department of Homeland Security Sec. Kirstjen Nielsen's halting, flat-footed performance before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

When Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT) questioned Nielsen about her remarks defending President Donald Trump over his comments about immigrants from "sh*thole" countries, Nielsen pretended not to know that the majority of people in Norway are white.

"Sen. Kamala Harris pointed out the most troubling aspect of all this when she took the mic," said co-host Whoopi Goldberg.

Harris sharply upbraided Nielsen for "not knowing" that Norwegians are white.

"Does she know that people in China are Asian?" quipped Joy Behar.
