Former President Donald Trump this week asked Americans if they were better off today than they were four years ago -- and now President Joe Biden is working to make him regret floating that particular question.
At this time four years ago, the American economy was shedding millions of jobs, businesses and schools were being shuttered, and thousands of Americans were dying every day from a virus that Trump claimed was simply going to "disappear" as soon as the weather started warming up.
Given all this, Biden was eager to remind Americans of exactly where things stood four years ago, and he posted a video on his Twitter account that delivered a brutal supercut a news footage from the spring of 2020.
"Donald, I’m glad you asked," Biden wrote in response to Trump's question about whether America is better off now than in March 2020.

Among other things, the video showed Trump rambling about potentially curing COVID-19 with injections of disinfectant; store shelves that were completely bereft of toilet paper and other essentials; and medical workers loading dead bodies into freezer trucks.
The video ends with audio of Trump's interview with journalist Jonathan Swan in which he is asked about thousands of Americans dying from COVID-19 per day and Trump responding by saying, "They are dying... it is what it is."
