MSNBC's Joe Scarborough on Friday pointed out that President Donald Trump's administration is testing the patience of all courts, including the conservatives who currently run the United States Supreme Court.
Scarborough noted that the Supreme Court unanimously instructed the Trump administration to facilitate the return of Kilmar Abrego Garcia to the United States after he was wrongfully deported to El Salvador earlier this year.
"When you're going against nine Supreme Court justices, you can't dismiss Clarence Thomas as a left-wing Marxist, liberal judge when he's agreeing with the district court judge, who is an icon to so many conservative jurists in Washington, D.C., who they've dismissed as a Marxist," he said. "These are not Marxist judges!"

MSNBC contributor Pablo Torre then chimed in to deliver a scathing analysis of the Trump deportation policy.
"It is really worth, I think, highlighting how extreme and how incompetent the process that this administration undertook with this," he said. "I often wonder, is it malice? Is it incompetence? In this case, it seems safe to assume there is both."
He went on to point out that the administration has been communicating quite clearly that it does not care that it has wrongly deported someone to a prison in El Salvador in which they have no access to legal representation.
"To be very blunt about it, this is clearly one country that is not really in favor of the rule of law cooperating with another country that is not really in favor of the rule of law," he said. "And it's hard to distinguish, is there a good guy in that dynamic?"
