Trump defender crashes and burns after journalist corners him on bogus statements about drugs and the border

On Tuesday, Al Jazeera English TV host Mehdi Hasan demonstrated how journalists should fight the lies of Trump supporters.

"Most experts have said that a wall will not solve the problem of illegal drugs," reporter Mehdi Hasan told a former DEA agent, Derek Maltz, who supports Trump's wall.

"Your colleagues at the DEA say most illegal drugs come in through legal ports of entry," he continued.

"I'm not listening to the colleagues at the DEA," Maltz shot back.
