'Go ahead, make my day': Out-of-control fight sees Musk directly call Trump liar

President Donald Trump took to Truth Social to continue his attacks against tech billionaire Elon Musk online.

"Elon was 'wearing thin,' I asked him to leave, I took away his EV Mandate that forced everyone to buy Electric Cars that nobody else wanted (that he knew for months I was going to do!), and he just went CRAZY!" Trump posted on his personal social media site.

Musk replied online, calling Trump's comment a lie.

"Such an obvious lie," said Musk.

Musk is involved in several national security endeavors and has a number of government contracts.

Trump added in another post, "The easiest way to save money in our Budget, Billions and Billions of Dollars, is to terminate Elon’s Governmental Subsidies and Contracts. I was always surprised that Biden didn’t do it!"

"This just gets better and better," Musk commented using laughing and crying emojis. "Go ahead, make my day …"

Musk then commented, "Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!"
