Trump finally getting a wall -- but it will shield Air Force One from Palm Beach gawkers

According to the Palm Beach Post, President Donald Trump may finally be getting a wall -- a wall to shield Air Force One from the other, non-presidential planes at Palm Beach International Airport, that is.

Jerry Allen, an official with Palm Beach County's airports division, told the Post that the county is working towards a "permanent solution" for Air Force One's regular landings at the airport for the president's frequent visits to his "Winter White House" at Mar-A-Lago.

Until now, the county used a line of yellow school buses to "shield" the president's plane at the airport, though the wall did little to deter photographs and tourists from coming to see the plane for themselves.

The buses were reportedly taken away this weekend, and Allen said the county will have time to build the wall because they "don’t anticipate him (Trump) coming back for awhile."

"Trump is expected to begin visiting Mar-a-Lago again when Palm Beach’s social season resumes in the fall," the report concluded.
