A White House event to honor Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) featured an awkward moment as President Donald Trump bizarrely praised a Border Patrol agent’s ability to speak English.
"Come here, come here, you're not nervous," Trump said, asking him up on stage.
"He speaks perfect English," Trump stated.
