Trump issues ominous 'fake news' tweet about Gen Kelly

Donald Trump on Tuesday issued a defense of Gen. John Kelly, charging the “fake news” with trying to hurt his chief of staff with reports of Kelly’s impending ouster.

The tweet comes amid growing turmoil in the West Wing; Trump over the weekend challenged Secretary of State Rex Tillerson to an IQ test after reports surfaced he’d called the president a “f*cking moron.” Tillerson reportedly has a “suicide pact” with defense secretary James Mattis and treasury secretary Steve Mnuchin. According to reporter Gabriel Sherman, Kelly and Mattis have discussed physically restraining the president in the event he “lunges for the nuclear football.”
