Donald Trump has frequently been seen eating McDonald's, but his choice for Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services has called Trump's diet "poison." On Sunday, however, Trump's nominee was under fire after a photo of them eating fast food together went viral online.
Trump vowed to let noted anti-vaxxer Robert F. Kennedy Jr. "go wild on health" before nominating the former Democratic politician for the top health spot. Kennedy has criticized obesity rates in America, and has said that Covid-19 is "ethnically targeted" to spare Jews.
Over the weekend, a photo made the rounds showing Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr., X owner Elon Musk, and Kennedy eating McDonald's on what appears to be an airplane.

Comments ridiculing Kennedy came quickly.
Economy commentator Geiger Capita wrote, "Making the new gang member do drugs to make sure he’s not an undercover cop."
The Tennessee Holler said, "Nothing says 'Make America Healthy Again' like a Big Mac and a lipper."
Market researcher Anna Matson chimed in, "Mr. Kennedy, blink twice if you are being forced to eat McDonald’s against your will."
Author David Sunfellow wrote, "Well this is awkward..."
Political news host David Pakman said, "We're supposed to believe that the obese President who eats McDonald's daily is going to usher in a new wave of health in the United States."
Comedian Brent Terhune said, "Parents will say we’re gonna start eating healthier around here and then do this after you go to bed."
