Trump lashes out at network that broke Tillerson insult story: 'Fake news' NBC is 'run by morons'

Part of President Donald Trump's anger over reports that Secretary of State Rex Tillerson called him a "f*cking moron" has been directed at the network that broke the story, The Daily Beast reports.

According to two unnamed White House sources, Trump has taken to claiming that NBC, who initially broke the story of Tillerson's insults against the president last week, is "run by morons."

"Trump regularly complains during the day and evenings about NBC as 'fake' and out to 'get' him in the 'same way he [recently] did with CNN,'" one of the Beast's White House sources said.
