Trump lawyer Cohen demanding Avenatti be banned in his case because he violated 'professional rules of conduct'

Michael Cohen apparently wants no part of Michael Avenatti in his case.

Emily Jane Fox, a senior reporter for Vanity Fair and MSNBC contributor who authored the upcoming book Born Trump, reported on Twitter that Cohen's attorneys have filed a motion seeking to keep Avenatti from intervening in Cohen's case in the Southern District of New York, alleging that Avenatti "has violated professional rules of conduct by making knowingly false statements."

It was so far unclear what false statements the attorney for Stormy Daniels allegedly made.
