Ivanka Trump has been absent from events at Mar-a-Lago, Donald Trump's 2024 presidential campaign announcement and at any events where her father has been forced to face off against "the law." Reports last week even claimed that the eldest Trump daughter was keeping away intentionally.
That was evident in her Father's Day posts on social media this year, which celebrated not her father, but her husband, Jared Kushner.
"Happy Father's Day, Jared! Today and every day, the kids and I celebrate the incredible father and loving partner you are. Thank you for the countless ways you fill our lives with joy, guidance, and boundless love," Ivanka posted to social media with a blue heart emoji followed by sparkles and a heart-smiley face.
Just a few days ago, Ivanka wished her father "the happiness you deserve" on his birthday, leading to questions about whether there was an ominous message in the post.
In the past, Ivanka celebrated both men in her life. Her Father's Day Instagram post in 2019 read: "Happy Father’s Day to these two incredible Dads and to all of the amazing fathers out there who have earned today’s celebration!"
The 2023 message isn't the first time Ivanka turned away from her father on Father's Day. In 2021, she snubbed him when all of her other siblings made posts about him.
In May, Ivanka joined her siblings in part of an ongoing investigation in New York for the Trump Organization. The report revealed that she's working to "rebrand" herself by dropping the Trump name. Instead, she is starting to go by Ivanka Kushner.
Donald Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen, went so far as to suggest that Ivanka and Jared Kushner could even have turned into moles for the FBI to save themselves.
Eric Trump hasn't posted anything on social media for almost a month. On Saturday, Donald Trump Jr. posted a very old photo of his father on a late 1980s/early 1990s cell phone model with a large battery. He's wearing a hot pink hat saying "Winged Foot Golf Club." Tiffany Trump hasn't posted anything on her social media since her 2022 wedding.
The former president opted to wish himself a happy Father's Day on his personal social media site.
