Trump Jr. compares dad's NYC building to the Louvre

Donald Trump Jr. took the stand Monday to, among other things, joke about perjury, praise his father's eye for "sexiness" in real estate and compare one Trump Organization building to the national museum of France that boasts the Mona Lisa among its collection, according to multiple reports.
CNN reported that Trump Jr. — testifying in the $250 million civil fraud trial brought by Attorney General Letitia James — referred additions made to Trump Park Avenue "as being like the Louvre with glass cubes added to provide more light."
Frank G. Runyeon, a courts reporter with Law360, detailed more of the testimony about the grandeur of Trump Organization assets, quoting Trump Jr. as saying the following:
"Magical... a sexy place...amazing location...highest price per square foot...incredible...almost like the Louvre...very special extra something...the ultimate penthouse...spectacular."
Trump Jr.'s glowing praise, accompanied by more than 100 slides, did not stand up to cross-examination from an attorney general's office which pulled up a slide of Trump's Los Angeles golf course.
"Didn't the 18th hole at this golf course literally fall into the ocean?" the attorney reportedly asked. Trump Jr. agreed.
This reverential testimony doubles down on his brother Eric Trump's commentary on Fox News over the weekend, during which he called Trump Organization holdings, "Mona Lisas of the real estate world."
Responded Democratic political strategist Adam Parkhomenko, "I honestly didn't think Eric Trump could get any dumber."
