President Donald Trump went off on the New York Times once again in an early morning attack Tuesday — this time without even specifying what the newspaper did that set him off.
After being quiet on Truth Social all Monday, just after midnight he warned the Times “must be dealt with” at some future time.
Taking to Truth Social, he began, “The Failing New York Times, and their lies and purposeful misrepresentations, is a serious threat to the National Security of our Nation.”
“Their Radical Left, Unhinged Behavior, writing FAKE Articles and Opinions in a never ending way, must be dealt with and stopped,” he menaced before adding, “THEY ARE A TRUE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE! Thank you for you attention to this matter. PRESIDENT DJT.”
The president’s outburst came hours after the Department of Justice released another batch of the Jeffrey Epstein files that have cast a cloud over his second term with growing questions about the redactions from both sides of the aisle.
