James Carville lays into 'nuts' Trump in profane reaction to violent rant
Longtime Democratic campaign consultant James Carville confidently predicted on Friday morning that Vice President Kamala Harris will be elected president next week for a multitude of reasons including the fact, he said, that former president Donald Trump is mentally incompetent.
Speaking with "Morning Joe" co-host Joe Scarborough, the always-unfiltered political commentator was asked what he expects to see next Tuesday when voters go to the polls, which prompted him to detail Harris' advantages over Donald Trump.
"I'm curious, how are you looking at this race with about five days to go?" Scarborough pressed his guest.

"I would say take Harris over 270 electoral votes," Carville shot back. "Let these fools in those crypto markets drive the betting line into a favorable place and then take advantage of it –– that's what I would do. I think she's going to win."
"Why?" Scarborough asked.
"[She's] got more money, got more energy, has a more united party, has better surrogates," the strategist replied before blurting, "He's stone-ass nuts."
Addressing Trump's controversial comments about ex-Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) that she should have "guns in her face," Carville continued, "When you start talking about lining up a political opponent with nine people in a firing squad and then you have the "Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times" saying, 'Oh, I don't want to get involved in this,' this is dirty politics. It's unbelievable. We've been around the world once or twice and we've never seen anything like this."
