Trump responds to Russia hackers by blaming Obama for 'not spending a dime' to stop it

On Friday, Russian hacker was indicted for interfering with the U.S. elections.

When asked by reporters about Russia meddling, Trump showed 'no concern' and blamed former president Barack Obama.

"Obama didn't spend a coin to stop it," Trump said.
