Trump says he's 'looking forward' to interview with special counsel Mueller

President Donald Trump gave a qualified promise to testify under oath in special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation during an impromptu gathering of reporters at the White House, The Washington Postreports.

“I would love to do it, and I would like to do it as soon as possible,” Trump said.

“I would do it under oath, absolutely," the president said, while qualifying that the parameters of the interview were still being worked out among the lawyers.
