Trump rages over 'sick rumor' in overnight threat to investigate: 'I'll be finding out!'

Not content with having spent over three hours in the middle of the day holding a press conference with his Cabinet, where he weighed in on multiple topics in a seemingly random manner, Donald Trump was up at almost 2 AM posting on Truth Social.

Having been lavished with praise from his subservient inner circle on TV Tuesday afternoon, the president lashed out at NBC News over reports that late-night host Seth Meyers –– a frequent Trump critic –– may have his contract renewed.

On Truth Social he complained, “There is a sick rumor going around that Fake News NBC extended the contract of one of the least talented Late Night television hosts out there, Seth Meyers.”

According to the president, who has seen CBS make plans to cancel the even more popular Stephen Colbert’s late-night show, he will be looking into NBC’s reported plans.

“He has no Ratings, Talent, or Intelligence, and the Personality of an insecure child. So, why would Fake News NBC extend this dope’s contract. I don’t know, but I’ll definitely be finding out!!!” he threatened.
