Long-time legal analyst and impeachment lawyer Norm Eisen thinks that Donald Trump's E. Jean Carroll case helps predict other cases as well.
Speaking to CNN's Jim Acosta on Sunday, Eisen said that the case that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is bringing alleges 34 counts of document falsification.
The case involves the hush-money payments that Trump made to adult film star Stormy Daniels to keep their affair quiet.

Eisen explained that at the time, Trump was trying to avoid another scandal after the "Access Hollywood" tape dropped, in which Trump was recorded boasting he could sexually assault women without consequence.
"So, it reminds me — when I look at the E. Jean Carroll case, I say, hey, that's a civil case, tough judge, same thing with the Bragg election interference," Eisen told Acosta. "New York jury, same. And we saw they did not like Donald Trump. And, same thing with the election interference. Powerful evidence. Donald Trump's own signature on many of the documents. It's ominous for him."
He noted that if Trump is convicted of several of the "election interference cases that have been charged as document falsification, that category of cases does lead to incarceration."
The "potential is there," Eisen agreed with the host.
Bragg, he recalled, said that the case isn't about money or even a sex scandal, but "it's conspiring to cover it up."
